Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lumiory Market. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on Lumiory.com. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent once your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Available options vary by country. Estimates below begin after your order has shipped—not from the date you placed the order.

Standard shipping

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Asia-Pacific (including Hong Kong): 7–12 business days
  • Other regions: 10–21 business days, depending on local carriers

Express shipping (where offered)

  • Major markets: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Not available to all addresses; shown at checkout if eligible

Delivery times are estimates only. Customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may extend delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Promotional free standard shipping may apply on qualifying orders—minimum spend and regions will be stated on the site when active.

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Order tracking

Tracking links are included in your shipping confirmation email. It may take 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to show movement. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact support@lumiory.com.

5. Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipment fee.

6. Split shipments

Occasionally items from the same order ship in separate parcels to speed delivery or because they originate from different warehouses. You will receive tracking for each shipment. You are charged shipping once per order unless otherwise noted at checkout.

7. Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels

  • Report non-delivery within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Report visible damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • For stolen parcels after carrier confirmation of delivery, contact your local carrier and us—we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for porch theft in all regions.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion. See our Returns Policy for return eligibility.

8. Restricted destinations

We do not ship to addresses we cannot verify or to regions under trade sanctions. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
